As you may know by now, Piedmont Regional Jail recently announced its intention to award the Medical Health Care Management, Mental Health Care Management and Fiscal Management Services contract for the Piedmont Regional Jail to CCS/CMGC.  As President, I want you to know that we are interested in retaining all qualified and credentialed employees for appropriate positions within the contract staffing plan. 

I recognize that while some employees may be excited about the news, others may be apprehensive and anxious.  In an attempt to alleviate some of your concerns, members of the Management team will be on-site this week to answer any future team members questions.  Meeting times have been scheduled so that you have the ability to attend a session before or after your shift.  These information sessions will last approximately 20-3- minutes and will be held at the Piedmont Regional Jail.  Session times listed below:

Thursday November 1, 2018       6:00 AM and 7:30 AM

                                                    1:30 PM and 2:30 PM            

                                                    6:00 PM and 7:30 PM

Friday November 2, 2018           6:00 AM and 7:30 AM

Larry Doll, CCS Senior Vice President Strategic Development, Bill Kissel, Regional Vice President, Lori Peters, Regional Manager and Patricia Rice, Employee Relations Director will provide a brief overview of CCS/CMGC and answer any questions. 

CCS/CMGC staff will also be scheduling employee screenings for any staff members interested in scheduling an eligibility meeting for continued employment.  If any employee that is interested in employment with CCS/CMGE is not available on either of these dates other accommodations will be made on an individual basis.

The screenings will last approximately 15 minutes and will be held as follows:

Thursday November 1, 2018      8:00 AM to 11:30 AM

                                                   1:30 PM to 7:30 PM

Friday November 2, 2018           8:00 AM to 11:30 AM
